The bonus will be cash and paid out on the next following paycheck of your anniversary date. Payroll is processed on Tuesday, if your anniversary date falls after Tuesday the following paycheck will be two weeks later. The cash bonus will be taxed by government regulations.

The amount of the bonus is still going to be dependent on the number of continuous years employed by Cirrus Allied. Layout for bonus below.

• 1 year up to $300
• 2 years up to $500
• 3 years up to $1,000
• 4+ years up to $1,500

When your anniversary date arrives, your recruiter will notify you the amount of your bonus and awarded pay date.

Cirrus Allied Rolls Out National Licensing and Credentialing Support Program For Therapists

Perhaps you’re an SLPA and you came across one of our jobs for Speech Language Pathologist and Assistants. You call and inquire about the assistant position only to be told that Cirrus Allied doesn’t place Speech Language Pathology Assistants. Why would we have a job posting for a job that doesn’t exist?

Technically, that isn’t our fault. All of our jobs are posted on Absolutely Healthcare’s website and are divided into 5 categories: Physical Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, Occupational Therapists, Occupational Therapy Assistants and Speech Language Pathology and Assistants. From there, other job sites pick up the job posting to post on their site and the same is done to our website. Every time we post an SLP job, it is automatically listed in the Assistant category too.

Why don’t we place SLPAs?
 
Unlike PTAs and OTAs, there’s no national board nor certifying body that regulates SLPAs. There are a few programs that offer training & education, but most receive on-the-job training. Since it’s relatively easy for a client to train their own SLPAs, they don’t need us to find them.

The bonus can be paid out as a gift or cash. It is the therapists choice how they would like to receive the bonus. The item of choice for a gift bonus is decided from the traveler as well. If the traveler chooses to receive the bonus in the form of a gift the total bonus includes taxes, shipping and any other fees that may apply. If the pricing of the gift exceeds the value of the bonus the traveler will be responsible for paying the difference. Travelers who receive the bonus in cash will receive the payout on their paycheck. All cash bonuses are required by the government to be taxed. Your recruiter will contact you when your anniversary date has arrived.
