Cirrus Allied’s PTO Program!

Cirrus Allied has a PTO program to reward our traveling therapists who maintain an average of 38.5 hours worked a week. Here is how it works. Every month our housing coordinator, me, runs a report pulling the last 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of hours worked. If the allied health professional obtains a minimum of 1000 hours worked within 6 months they are awarded with 2 days of PTO. The next date of eligibility would typically be three months later. If a therapist works 1500 hours within 9 months they then earn an extra day of PTO. Travelers who are on staff for a full year and work 2000 hours get another 2 days of PTO. Overall if the traveler meets the requirements they will earn a full week of PTO within a year.

PTO is paid out based on the average pay rate of the traveler. Only the base pay rate is paid. Overtime, per diem and stipends are not included in paid time off.

Once PTO has been achieved an email will be sent out notifying the traveler of the hours earned and the pay rate.

Please refer to your handbook for use and scheduling.
