Once everything has been finalized for your new assignment location the housing coordinator will send an email to you, the travel therapist, regarding move in.
The email contains the day your apartment will be available for move in and what is included in your unit (i.e. w/d, housewares, etc). Cirrus Allied allows two days to move in prior to your assignment start date. If you should require more time to move in please let your recruiter know. If available early move in can sometimes be arranged. When a traveler does choose to move in early they are responsible for paying for the additional days to move in. The cost is usually $84 a day.
Travelers are instructed to call the apartment complex ahead of time to make arrangements to obtain keys. Contact information for the complex is listed in the email. If there are special instructions regarding move in the Housing Coordinator will let you know of any at this time.
The instructions will also include your new address. Please use this address to obtain your own directions.
Last but not least the bottom of the email is regarding move in inspection and what is expected from the traveler.
*** When moving into your apartment please be sure to do a thorough walk through inspection with the complex. If there are damages please report damages to the complex and Cirrus Allied immediately. ****
***Remember, you are responsible for the cleaning and move-out preparation for your apartments. Any monies taken out of the security deposit to cover damages, lack of cleaning, etc., will be payroll deducted. Schedule a walk through inspection upon move out to insure return of all deposits. ****
Cirrus Allied Medical will assist in getting the deposit returned, but if the complex keeps the deposit due to cleaning or damages, it will be deducted from your payroll. It it’s ever a question or concern take pictures before move in and after move out.
Comments and questions are always welcomed.
