Many have noticed that travel work in New York has been hard to come by as of late. I for one would expect the needs to be greater in New York than most other states. The truth is, there are states like Washington who’s population is dwarfed by that of the state containing The Big Apple, who’s needs are far greater for travel therapists. For the most part this is due to a large number of permanent candidates for the state. The need for travelers will always come up in New York, but it’s definitely not a bad idea to get licensed in the neighboring states. We currently have urgent needs for PT’s, OT’s, and SLP’s in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Maine, Rhode Island, and Massachusetts.
